Replace an OEM taillight with a multi-component assembly that buyers can install straight from the box — matching original fitment while modernizing the lamp logic.
Solution
Three cavity injection-mold tooling for lenses, Casting and CNC machining for housing and bezel, custom PCB integration, sequential LED logic, and full assembly plus functional test — all managed by one program team.
