3D Printing

High-performance filament and resin printing on our H2D Pro and Form 4 Engineering level printers. Filament printing for creating functional parts from thermoplastic materials to mSLA resin printing for highly cosmetic visual parts. We can also print cores and cavities with electroplated surfaces for fast turnaround on injection molded parts.

M Squared Manufacturing operates both FDM and mSLA additive manufacturing platforms. Our Bambu H2D Pro FDM system excels at functional engineering prototypes in true engineering thermoplastics including nylon, polycarbonate, PPS-CF where material performance is the primary requirement. Our Formlabs Form 4 mSLA system excels at printing quick change mold inserts and prototypes where surface finish, dimensional accuracy resolution are the primary requirements. Together these platforms cover the complete spectrum of engineering prototype and rapid tooling needs.

Materials
PPS-CF, PPA-CF, PAHT-CF, PA6-CF, PA6-GF, PC

Lead time
2–7 business days typical
Volume
1 → 200 parts
3D Print for Validation
  • FDM functional prototypes — H2D Pro
  • mSLA cosmetic + precision parts — Form 4
  • Engineering thermoplastics: nylon, PC, PPS-CF
  • Fit, form + material validation
  • Fast in-house iteration
Injection Mold for Function
  • Printed cores + cavities, electroplated
  • Quick-change mold inserts
  • Fast-turnaround molded parts
  • Prototype → low-volume runs

Print the right polymer, not the printable one. Material selection drives the geometry, the post-process, and the part's service life.
